Absolutely! Cleaners working with MaidForYou stay on average over 3 years. We assign the same cleaning team for weekly, fortnightly and monthly bookings (where possible). If your regular cleaning team is not available, we will let you know ahead of time.

For regular and maintenance cleans, we generally estimate that it should take 1 labor hour per bedroom. That means, if you have a 3-bedroom house, it may take one and a half to 2 hours of clean.

A team of 2 people is our standard, sometimes an extra team member can come when needed. However, we send a team of 1 person when the job is small (Studio/1BR/Touch-up jobs). This will be mentioned to you prior to your cleaning.

Absolutely! We obtain a tonne of clients through word of mouth. If the person who referred you used a specific cleaner, we can amend their schedule so they'll be able to clean your home.

We generally don't clean items that are of high risk of breakage or present a biohazard to our cleaning crew. At MaidForYou we don't clean the following:

• Toys or trinkets
• Ceiling
• Chandeliers
• Human or animal waste
• Extensive dish washing

Unfortunately, we do not provide regular one-hour only cleans at this point in time.

After conducting extensive staff surveys we have found that our cleaning teams prefer not to complete work where they have to travel long distances to work only for one hour and as such we have made a decision to no longer provide regular one hour only cleaning services.

Our minimum booking for a regular hourly service is 90 minutes.

No, our regular cleaning services are contract-free. Cancel or reschedule at any time.

That’s absolutely fine! Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll adjust your schedule. You can expect the same team and your usual time slot when we return the following week.

Due to occupational health and safety, we are unable to clean homes where large dogs are unsecured or where the client is not home.

No, our teams come fully equipped with all the products and tools needed for a thorough clean. If you prefer we use your own products, just let us know during booking and we’ll be happy to accommodate.
