How many people will come to clean my house?

A team of 2 people is our standard, sometimes an extra team member can come when needed. However, we do send a team of 1 person when the job is small (Studio/1BR/Touch-up jobs). This will be mentioned to you prior to your cleaning. We do also have an exceptional one-person cleaning team who specializes in end-of-lease cleaning up to 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartments. Please don't hesitate to reach out, should you have any questions relating to this.

Do you offer a bond back guarantee?

All end-of-tenancy cleans that we conduct come with a bond-back guarantee. That means if for any reason specific areas within our scope are missed, we will come back and re-clean them free of charge within 72 hours.

Do note, whilst we will happily extend the time period where we may come back to make right any areas. As a business, we are simply unable to accept requests to come back more than 7 working days after works have been completed.

Please note, refunds are not provided in place of our re-clean warranty.

How much do you charge?

The cost of your end of lease clean generally depends on the size of your property.

We charge in accordance with the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home.

There are additional charges for extra services that are not included in the general scope of our standard bond clean. These include carpet steam cleaning, outside windows, extra balconies, full wall washing and extra blinds.

If the property requires a more thorough cleaning, we may reserve the right to charge extra, this will be communicated to you before we start cleaning.

Our end of lease clean starts at $340 for a one-bedroom or studio apartment and increases incrementally. All prices are inclusive of GST and our bond back guarantee.

I live in a suburb with limited parking, do I need to assist with parking?

Upon booking your cleaning service, we do ask that parking be made accessible for our cleaning teams.

In suburbs like Sydney's CBD, North Sydney, Surry Hills, Chippendale, Ultimo, Glebe, Kings Cross and Redfern.

Parking can be very hard to come by. Your cleaning team comes fully equipped with a cleaning caddy, chemicals and other equipment. It isn't feasible for them to walk long distances to be able to clean your home.

We request that parking be pre-arranged and if parking needs to be paid for, we will add this to the cost of the booking.

This will be confirmed with you prior to our arrival.

Am I required to be home during the service?

What is a Deep Clean?

Can a Deep Clean be booked in place of an move in/move out clean?

Unfortunately, no, a deep clean cannot be booked in place of a move-in/move-out clean.

If we attend the property and we find it to be empty, we reserve the right to charge our move-in/move-out cost.

We go to great lengths to make sure we provide the best cleaning service for all of our clients, as such, we don't want to compromise quality by having an incorrect service booked.

The scope of our deep clean is specifically for fully furnished residences. We utilize specialist teams for empty house cleaning services such as our bond, and move-in cleaning services.

What services are not included in your deep cleaning service?

If for any reason you are unhappy with the service, send us an email or give us a call within 48 hours of the service being rendered. We will then return within 72 hours to rectify any missed areas.

If you are still unhappy after the clean is completed, we will refund your money or apply a credit to your account - no questions asked.

We also ask clients and prospective clients to respect our fair go policy.

We have zero tolerance for any racism, discriminatory remarks, or behaviour that makes our cleaning teams feel uncomfortable.

Whilst we understand inviting someone into your home is not a small ask, this does not give anyone the right to wantonly behave in a condescending aggressive manner.

Our terms and conditions stipulate that our cleaning teams will use their discretion to leave a job where they feel uncomfortable or unsafe.
