Every cleaner has at least 6 months' professional home cleaning and ironing experience.
Interviews
Two interviews with senior members of the MaidForYou Team. As well as multiple trial cleans.
Background-checks
Cleaners who pass our vetting process go through extensive background checks on all our cleaning staff. We make sure they have legal working rights in Australia. We also prioritize hiring cleaners who are familiar with the Sydney metropolitan area and have established roots in their local area.

We collect reviews and feedback from every clean to make sure cleaners are 5* quality. Each cleaner is required to maintain a minimum of 95% satisfaction rating to receive work through MaidForYou
