Plan Managers

If you have a Plan Manager, we will work with them to draft a Service Agreement outlining your specific cleaning needs. Once the agreement is approved, we can carry out the service as needed, and invoices are sent directly to your Plan Manager for payment through the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA). We are happy to share copies with participants for full transparency.

Agencies

We are registered with the NDIA and can guide you through every step. From customising your service and preparing the Submission Form, to confirming your booking and providing upfront pricing for approval, we make the process easy, quick, and convenient. Our goal is to set everything up so your services can start without delay.

Local Area Coordinators (LAC) or Support Coordinators

Similarly, our work with Support Coordinators and LACs helps participants find the most suitable service and plan for their unique needs as quickly as possible. Once the cleaning requirements are outlined, we create a Service Agreement that aligns with the participant’s plan and goals. Self-Managed Participants

If you’re self-managed, please reach out to us directly, and we will make sure the process is seamless and straightforward for you. From the beginning, our helpful backend staff will assist you with everything including creating a Service Agreement that is tailored to your needs, booking the service, and guiding you through submitting your claim via the myplace NDIS Portal. Once your clean is complete and payment is made, we will send you an invoice to support your claim.
