How many cleaners will come to clean my house?
A team of two is standard. Studios and one-bedroom apartments, which make up a large share of our Bondi work, are usually handled by a single cleaner. We will confirm which before your clean.
What is a Deep Clean?
A deep clean is what we recommend for a first visit, and for any Bondi apartment not professionally cleaned in three months. Salt air and sand build up on tracks, sills and balcony doors in a way a regular clean does not address.
A deep clean is not a substitute for an end of lease clean.
How much do you charge?
We charge a flat rate based on bedrooms and bathrooms, with extras priced separately. Bondi is charged at the same rate as every other suburb we service.
Our flat rate starts at $154 for a one-bedroom studio or apartment. Partial cleans can be booked hourly instead.

Yes. We clean apartments on every street in Bondi, including the beachfront buildings along Campbell Parade and Notts Avenue. Some of these blocks have their own quirks, whether that’s secure entry, lift booking, or limited loading access, and we’re well used to working around them. Just share your building’s access details when you book and we’ll sort the rest before we arrive.
How long will it take to clean my house?
Beachside apartments carry sand and salt residue that a comparable inland home does not, so allow a little more time.
As a starting point, read your bedroom count as hours, then add roughly twenty minutes for each additional bathroom or living area. A two-bedroom apartment near Campbell Parade typically runs two to three labour hours.
How do you handle parking and building access in Bondi?

Do you provide end of lease cleaning services?
End of lease cleans in Bondi come with a bond-back guarantee. If your agent flags an area within our scope, we will return and re-clean it free of charge.
Requests cannot be accepted more than 7 days after your agent’s inspection, so send inspection feedback through as soon as you receive it.
Will you arrive on time?
We work to a one hour arrival window in Bondi. Parking and beach traffic are the two things we cannot control, so we build them in rather than promise a time we cannot hold.
You will have your window the day before and we will call if we are running late.
