If for any reason you are unhappy with the service, send us an email or give us a call within 48 hours of the service being rendered. We will then return to re-clean the areas in question free of charge.
If you’re still unhappy after the reclean is completed we will refund your money or apply a credit to your account.
We generally don’t clean items that are of high risk of breakage or present a biohazard to our cleaning crew. At MaidForYou we don’t clean the following:
Unfortunately, we do not provide regular one-hour only cleans at this point in time.
After conducting extensive staff surveys we have found that our cleaning teams prefer not to complete work where they have to travel long distances for one hour of work; therefore, we made the decision to no longer provide regular one hour only cleaning services.
Our minimum booking for a regular hourly service is 90 minutes.
