Can you clean before and after New Year's Eve, the Balmain Markets, or when we're hosting guests?

How many cleaners will come to clean my house?

My terrace is narrow and set over three levels, does that change anything?
It doesn’t change the price, our flat rate is based on bedrooms, bathrooms, and the number of stories. It will add some time to your clean but if you preferred our hourly rate and are happy to have some areas skipped we’re also able to do that as well.
How long will it take to clean my house?
Balmain terraces take longer than their bedroom count suggests. A three-bedroom terrace with narrow stairs, a separate laundry and original floorboards typically runs closer to four labour hours than three.
As a starting point, read your bedroom count as hours and add roughly twenty minutes for each extra bathroom or living area, then allow a little more for a period home.
We have a dog, is that a problem?

End of lease cleans in Balmain come with a bond-back guarantee. If your agent flags an area within our scope, we will come back and re-clean it free of charge.
We cannot accept requests more than 7 days after the clean was completed, so pass on inspection feedback as soon as you have it.
Will you arrive on time?
We work to a one hour arrival window across Balmain, Birchgrove and Rozelle. Peninsula traffic funnels through Darling Street, so we build that in rather than promise a time we cannot hold.
You will get your window the day before and we will call if we are running outside it.
