A team of two works through the checklist together, usually splitting wet areas and living areas. Studios, one-bedroom homes and touch-up jobs are handled by a single cleaner working through the same list.
The deep clean checklist covers everything on the regular list plus build-up items: inside window tracks, skirting boards, door frames, and behind or under accessible furniture. It is what we recommend for a first clean, or for any home not professionally cleaned in the last three months.
It is not a substitute for the end of lease checklist.
Pricing follows the checklist. The standard checklist is covered by a flat rate based on bedrooms and bathrooms, and anything marked as an add-on is priced separately so you are not paying for work you did not book.
The flat rate starts at $154 for a one-bedroom studio or apartment.

How long the checklist takes depends on the condition of the home rather than its size alone.
As a starting point, read your bedroom count as hours and add roughly twenty minutes for each additional bathroom or living area. A home that has not been cleaned in months will take longer than the same home on a fortnightly schedule.

Should anything be damaged while we work, send us a photo and tell us what happened of the damage and we will conduct an internal investigation with the team who attended. We will respond within 2 hours, and we will ideally have a fix within 7 days time.
Same-day and weekend bookings sit outside the standard checklist because the available time is shorter. Our weekend team is smaller, so these need to be booked by phone. We will tell you what can realistically be covered in the time available.
The end of lease checklist comes with a bond-back guarantee. If your agent flags an item on the list, we will return and re-clean it free of charge.
Requests cannot be accepted more than 7 days after the clean was completed.
We work to a one hour arrival window so the team has time to complete the checklist properly rather than rushing to hit a fixed minute. You will get your window the day before, and we will let you know if we are running outside it.
