Do you have all relevant documentation & Insurances?

All cleaning teams working on the MaidForYou platform go through extensive background checks for quality assurance.

Cleaning teams that are working on job sites that involve construction or renovation have relevant white card documentation and are well-versed in occupational health and safety protocols.

What if there is still building work going on?

We highly recommend booking your builders clean once all building work has been completed in its entirety. We are unable to commence builders cleaning until all renovation or construction work has been completed.

How many people will come to clean our building/renovation site?

A team of 2 people is our standard, sometimes an extra team member can come when needed. If the job site is especially large we’ll send two teams of 2.

Is the quote on your form final?

For our builders/after renovation cleans, generally, the price quoted will be final. However, the quote may need to be adjusted if any information has not been properly conveyed upon booking.

How Is payment handled?

We need an active debit or credit card to secure the booking. We are a cashless company and unfortunately, don’t work on invoicing.

Are you able to remove paint from surfaces?

We generally are able to, however, if there is a risk of damaging the surface of timber or stone surfaces then we are unable to remove the paint. Please make sure to check all surfaces prior to booking.

Do you move furniture or heavy materials?

We don’t move large furniture, heavy building materials, or equipment. The area should be cleared before the service so our team can safely access and clean all surfaces.

Are your methods safe for finishes (glass, tiles, fixtures)?

Yes, we use non-abrasive, pH-balanced products and gentle cleaning tools to protect delicate finishes like glass, chrome, tiles, and marble.

Do you supply all tools and consumables?

Yes, our cleaners arrive fully equipped with professional-grade tools, HEPA vacuums, and eco-friendly cleaning solutions. Rest assured, everything needed to complete the job efficiently will be brought along.
